Super Thursdays – Hannah Stone, Primary Associate Teacher shares her experience.

I found Super Thursday’s extremely beneficial, not just for the inspirational and motivational guest speakers, but also for my mental health. Having an option of taking part in yoga as part of the day meant I felt that I could join in without the feeling of guilt that I ‘should’ be doing work or spending precious time with my family. Just having that ‘me’ time to switch off and not think or worry during the day made such a difference and I look forward to the next one!
